I had a receipt and goods that had not been opened for my wedding.I was refused a refund or any alternative such as store credit because it was a purchase from 2 months ago.I am appalled at the service I was given and will never return.Be sure at what you are buying, you will not get a refund or any help if you change your mind!!

Didn't have anything for St Patricks day, stock extremely low on those packaged costumes.. And just disappointing when we travelled from rangiora to try and find a st paddys costume.

Great store with a great selection of reasonably priced items. A fantastic selection tion of fancy dress costumes and wigs plus everything you would need for a party plus craft and stationery items, kitchenware, items for the laundry and bathroom plus other items with lots of stock in the large store. Plenty of parking too which is a plus.

Very helpful staff,bargain for money if u want to use something once,maybe twice,re dress ups,costumes.Think I will look for better quality products that will last a few more dress up days at wk n try look after the environment
