I went in for a bracelet size adjustment for one watch and another battery replacement for another, and boy is this the place you want to visit!Before I went to the store, Chris was swift to answer my email enquiry regarding costs, estimated time to finish the repairs, and when can I come in for a faster on the spot service. She sure was so on point with everything she said!No hidden fees or attempts to upsell unnecessary add-ons, precise timing, meticulous service, and the loveliest of attitude as Chris accommodated my multiple bracelet resizing requests.Truly amazing experience, thank you so much ladies, you just earned a new loyal customer :)

Went to get a watch battery replaced, seemed reasonably priced. I was assisted by a friendly woman who also noticed something floating around against the watch face and took the time and effort to clean it out in case it caused obstruction. Very happy with service and would recommend.
