I had in mind to my a Mazda car to replace my 2017 CX5 and I visited the North Harbour Mazda where I met Sael one of the salesman. When I turned to the please I thought I know everything about Mazda’s cars and thinking I know what I want but discussing with Sael I was impressed by the attitude he approached me with calm and peace and being very knowledgeable. Being not sure on what should I buy, I visited Mazda few times and all the times Sael made me feel welcomed and his calm gave me trust that I am in good hands.When I finally decided to go for CX30 he assisted me through the process and delivered the car to my home which was amazing. I was glad to find his willingness to assist me with small user issues weeks after he sold me the car. I do believe that this knowledge kind of behaviour has to be acknowledged and appreciated by his management at Mazda. Ones again thank you very much for going extra mile and focusing on customer satisfaction.I very pleased to deal with Sael. Thank you!

This is my second time dealing with North Harbour Mazda. As always, top- notch service level from the Team. Special shout out to Sael Mekhael from the Sales department and Eric Fang of Finance. Sael explained the car features in detailed including the key differences between different model grades. Eric is very thorough in explaining the different payment plans and terms of loan available, all in all top notch service!

Requested a test drive online and almost immediately got a call from Sael at Mazda. Great customer service and experience at the dealership when we went to test drive the car on the weekend. 100% reccomend these guys if you're looking for a new car.

These days, top-notch service is not so common in New Zealand. But Mazda Wairau is a pleasant exception and provides professional, efficient, high quality and friendly service. What else to wish for?! Keep it up, Mazda team!

I have recently purchased a BT-50 from this dealership. I would like to say that I received amazing service in the first instance from Richard, who made the purchase process really easy and enjoyable. Nothing was a problem, he even arranged a nice loan vehicle for a weekend while my finance was being finalised and I was without a vehicle. Secondly Emma, the business manager who helped me navigate the purchase and finance process, in her easygoing and friendly manner, explaining things so well to a customer new to vehicle finance. Mazda North Harbour - you have two very valuable employees there! Thank you team, I love my ute!

Staff were extremely helpful when I had an issue with my Axela. Took it in to get it looked at due to a Check Engine light.Great communication when they had 2 ideas as to what the issue was and gave me their knowledgeable opinion on which one fitted best, were able to give me a quote and allowed me to make a decision as to how to proceed.Fixed and returned to me the next day and I have a noticeable difference in performance after getting it fixed.Thank you very much Chris and team, excellent work!

Fantastic service! I completed and purchased everything from afar with brilliant One on one communication and assistance.Darnielle Eketone was brilliant!! Went above and beyond to help me with my finance and getting me exactly what I was after.Definitely will be using north harbour mazda again in the future and suggesting to all friends.10/10.
