Turners Cars Westgate

Very poor customer service. The staff asks if you’ll pay cash or finance. If you say finance, they won’t let you test drive the car unless they approve your finance. My question is how can you apply for financing a car when you haven’t test drove it? Very racist and judgemental staff especially if you ask about two or three cars, they’ll lose interest in showing you around. However, we ended selecting a car and since it was closing time, they asked us to come in next morning and that they’ll call us. We were waiting till noon and we called them and they said they sold the car to someone else!!! The salesman Jung in particular served us and he was terrible.

Overall, a good experience. Did a test drive, negotiated price for my old car, and proceeded to pay for my new car.Before that happened however, we were ushered into another office where we thought the paperwork must happen. But no, it was to present various exorbitantly priced insurance options. We hadn't asked for insurance and weren't told beforehand that that was why we were being ushered into this other office. While the gentleman was professional and courteous, we would have preferred to have been asked if we required insurance (we didn't) beforehand.To Kaitlan and Zac, thanks for your assistance. We highly recommend you both. Turners is a one stop shop where the customer is the focus.I love my new car and am planning our first road trip together.

Came & little Filipino dude just wanted to clock off so he didn’t even try to listen to what we were saying. Just ignored everything & forced his opinion on us. Bad experience

Booked and took my car in for an appraisal, greeted by friendly staff - no worries there. The problem was that the 30 minute" appraisal took all of about 20 seconds before the appraiser offered me an extreme low-ball amount

Went to trade in my cx5 diesel was told by the appraiser they don't take diesel coz of injector problems and Mazda will not take it back either and if problems occur they have to change whole engine. So if that's the problem why do they still have cx5 diesel in their yard to sell. Please clarify.

Terrible customer service, keep asking personal questions, doesn’t show any interest in showing cars. They should really work on their communication skillsDoesn’t expect this from company like Turners

Sold a car through Turners Westgate and won't sell any other way now. I used the auction option so it took 2 weeks for advertising and sale, got a decent price ($1000 than that offered by a dealer) and the costs were very reasonable. Great service and communication from Bobby Zhong.
