Can't really give more than 3 stars. Really miss wandering around the bins and shelves, picking up bottles and looking at & reading the labels. Nothing wrong with the wines, but an experience is missing. I'm sure the profits are up though

Wine not delivered, can't get through on the phone, emails going unanswered, very unimpressed.Update: it was an issue with the courier company holding the item in limbo. It was resolved in the end and the wine was delivered about 2 weeks after it was ordered.

Well, I took out a subscription for a mixed dozen of whites every three months. Asked for a mix of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. Received 11 Chardonnays, & 1 pinot gris. Which wasn't quite what I was after. Upon enquiry, the reason given was that their AI didn't have enough data to work with. But I would've thought that even an ignorant AI could've figured out that a 50/50 C/G mixture didn't really work out at 11/1 C/P. Still, prepared to give them another chance. Some of the Chardonnays were very tasty.

Popped in before Christmas Day, there were plenty of helpful staff on board when the doors opened at 9 am, the stocks had been depleted but there was still lots of other white and red wines available. Plenty of parking outside and easy street access. Nice touch with the grapevines growing beside the road. Plenty of mobility access, both for car parking and access inside the store.
