Great product. Would recommend. Some issues around getting some replacement parts delivered and damaged parts returned but I think responsibility for those sit mainly with Mainfreight.

Springfree Trampoline
We’ve had our Springfree Tramp for 18 years. It’s had a tough life surviving 6 kids and all their friends (and maybe even parents). We’ve just ordered a replacement mat and net and they still have the parts for our model (which is now out of date). The service is fantastic, staff are knowledgeable and helpful and delivery was speedy, even just before Christmas. Looking forward to another 18 years of use!

We have always wanted to purchase a Springfree Trampoline. The reviews and safety ratings have been truly validated, now that I have purchased one. The website buying experience is easy and enjoyable. Installation will require two strong people, especially for the rods. Waych out for the special offers, as it differs from time to time

I'll be honest, a bit of hard work to put up but once you get the hang of it gets easier! Great product, well packaged and quality appears very good. Best of all the two ladies on the phone get 10/10 for customer service and the collection was easy. Nice work

From the moment we arrived got fantastic service. Very well imformed about tramps and welcomed you to try. Couldn't have been an easier process. Helped load into my little car lol. I had to phone this morning for advice on warranty and got same friendly service and answers given clearly.Great company and great product. Extremely happy customer. Also fits really well in a small narrow section like mine.

We purchased a trampoline after having bounced on one and finding it to get a higher bounce so my son can do all the tricks he is learning at his trampoline class. We purchased it used, without a mat so we called up SpringFree and we had the mat to us with a few days. If you're putting it together, make sure you read the directions otherwise you will never get it assembled!!
