I visited the showroom looking to purchase four elbow chairs. Bianca was so helpful and sourced a matching table. From the start to the finish the customer service experience was exceptional. I've bought a lot of furniture lately and this is by far and away my best experience!The delivery driver was also incredible.From start to finish a 10/10.

Great experience with McGreals. Big thank you to Nici Erickson specifically. She called to update me that there would be a couple of weeks delay to our desk arriving due to COVID delays. The desk arrived damaged and despite us not having opened the box to check the condition before signing the delivery - as was required by a large note on the box that unfortunately we still didn't see and weren't alerted to by the courier - Nici quickly arranged a replacement without hesitation (and possibly at McGreals' cost, given the courier conditions that once it was signed for it was no longer their responsibility). This included sending a courier to pick up the damaged desk top and deliver the new one as promptly as possible, with zero hint of annoyance at the hassle caused for her and the likely loss of profit for McGreals. It was only one desk...small bikkies in the scheme of things for them, but Nici treated the transaction with all the care in the world, hence is definitely deserving of this review. Least I could do in return for top shelf customer service. Thanks Nici.

We increased our team, but had the same office space to work with. Bianca was incredibly helpful offering solutions and ideas of how it could work, even though there were Covid supply issues, this was kept informed the whole way through. The delivery & setup guy was AWESOME, fast and super tidy. I would highly recommend using Mcgreals again for an office fitout.

McGreals was fantastic to work with. I wanted to set up a high-end workspace for up to 12 at Te Mata House for corporate and workshop purposes. I told Rebecca what sort of look I was after and she was able to create the whole professional look! The room is adjustable and can accommodate different sized groups by being able to ‘flip’ some tables, stack some chairs and tuck them behind the mobile whiteboard/pinboard partition screen. Thanks heaps McGreals! The room looks fab and is open for business!

I personally wanted to thank the whole Mcgreals team for doing an exceptional job in looking after my requirements in setting me up with all my new office furniture. I really enjoyed the high end service from the Director Damein, Bianca and Nici whom co-ordinated a very smooth and fast delivery response especially being in located in the isolated resort town of Wanaka. I really like the modern stylish office furniture that has totally transformed me and my P.A.’s set up. I now have other real estate colleagues that have also just started to follow suit by purchasing from Mcgreals as well now. All round this has been an awesome experience and I would be defiantly buying more furniture in the future.

McGreals, Niki was an absolute star with helping me find the perfect at home office chair for long days sitting at the desk. She provided me with lots of knowledge that I'll take with me everywhere and was extremely accomidating. What a beautiful showroom and shop and even more so the staff that work there! Nici Erickson, Devan Biddick and the whole team at McGreals provided fantastic and efficient service. I ordered my desk before we moved alert levels and the process getting my desk to me could have been difficult and challenging but the whole team made it an absolute breeze.
