Did not get looked after well when needed help on the shop floor assistant gave the impression she was not interested and soon disappeared. I found what I wanted and purchased. Point of purchase great. Just being older and disabled service could have been better.

As long as you don't expect customer service the shopping experience would have been perfect.I'm sure whatever was happening at the front counter was really important, when I was the only customer in store.

I was at store this afternoon and was shocked by Mathilda's attitude. She was the worst I've seen so far in New Zealand, making faces at customer and denying us with our membership discount. She was already advised by her collegue about the discount but it took us 3 times to insist on it before she did the right thing. Rude is an understatement!

Great place with excellent range of stuff especially given sale on at the moment. Excellent service from Savannah. Highly knowledgeable and not bad looking too. I think I ended up buying more than I meant to!
