After years of being your customer ,we are extremely disappointed,we took our 20 month toddler in for his very first haircut yesterday,we got an appointment at 2.45pm ,so hung about tuakau for half an hour til his appointment. we went back a few mins before his appointment. after about 6 mins an elderly man walked in and was taken by the hairdresser hayley straight away,he said he was early and she said good timing. We were left to wait with a toddler who then preceded to try and poke things in the electrical sockets,we grabbed him then he played with the toys for a short time,then he was working his way up to a tantrum by this time we had been waiting for 20 mins -it was just after 3 pm,we had to left. We had an appointment,we had a toddler, who should have been taken when we arrived-everyone knows toddlers dont wait. This was the most distressing appointment ever. Our special occasion -his first hair cut was a disaster,as is your hairdresser hayley ,she appeared to be the most disorganized hairdresser ever and who doesnt know not to hold up toddler appointments-doctors take them asap as do dentists etc but more importantly we had a 2.45 pm appointment and the man was early,why was he taken first as hes more capable ofwaiting than a toddler.I have an appointment with you at 10.30am this saturday,at this stage its cancelled. We will be taking our toddler to the other hairdresser in tuakau,so upset Regards

Great friendly service. Lovely & clean interior. Nicola discussed carefully beforehand what I was after, which wasn't anything majorly different from normal, just needed tidying up. A lovely relaxing shampoo and head massage beforehand & a delicious coffee and home-made miniature shortbread to enjoy while my hair was being done. Found a close on-street parking space, which isn't always easy to find. Nicola is a whiz when it comes to discussing colour & style options. No pressure to go with her suggestions, quite happy to let you go away and think about it, if you need to.
