I work at Citizens Advise so hear a lot of horror stories regarding car dealer, so I was in the market for a van but was extremely cautious when approaching any dealer. I need not have worried with Derek, I bought a van from him in February and want to say he went above and beyond his obligations and was very easy and relaxed to deal with.
