Impatient and unprofessional. If you choose to work with children patience is a trait required. Walked out half through our scan due to the sonographers unprofessional and rude behaviour. Will see Dr here but will never let my child be scanned again here.

Thanks to Prof Malcom Legget and his family for their help yesterday. They came across me yesterday when I had a major gash to my leg after falling off my bike. He kept a close watch on me and took me to the medical centre in his private vehicle as an ambulance was unavailable. A really caring and lovely group of people. Thank you very much for your help and kindness.

Haven't yet had my initial consultation but when I called through to try and confirm my appointment time, the staff was rude, impatient and borderline condescending. Please advise your senior management that it is not ok to treat your patients in this manner. Look forward to more appropriate communication from you in future.

Prompt, responsive and a very proactive team of medical experts.Dr R. Gabriel hands down is exceptional in his care, work and more so he takes his time to provide patients with the information they need. Doctors (specialists) as such are hard to find!! Thank you Dr Gabriel !!Front desk staff are lovely !! Incredible customer service and patient awareness from Michelle Seabright. Shes one of the best administrators I've dealt with in a very long time :)

Rang spoke to a Janice making enquiries. She gave info about needing to be referred from GP. I was continuing to ask questions however it seemed she was annoyed by my questions and coildn't wait to hang up the phone. Not very nice customer service. Maybe she needed to go to lunch. Lol

Our daughter had been passing out multiple times a day for over a year and the numerous specialists we visited could not diagnosis the problem. One visit to see Boris Lowe and she had a diagnosed, his knowledge is incredible. Boris Lowe & team are friendly and efficient.
