Terrible communication. Absolutely rude receptionist. Vehicle came back with problems it didn’t go in with. Took far too long to fix !!!! Highly recommend using elsewhere !!

Repaired rear bumper back to as new condition. Had to remind them that I was waiting for the repair. I was told 6 weeks and followed up on week 10 (as xmas was in the middle of that period)

Don't ever use this organisation to repair your car, the worst service experience thus far. 5 weeks in waiting for service, no phone calls from customer service. Made 5 calls, had photos of car done, waited for parts order and after 5 weeks and the umpteenth call they said the parts have not even been ordered yet 3 weeks prior they said it will take two weeks for the parts to arrive. In conclusion a very rude receptionist and as a customer dishonesty is unacceptable. The insurance company has been informed.

They did a great job on my Toyota.. but this time had to change panel beaters to a Lower Hutt firm. Rude receptionist and time frame of 2 to 4 weeks.. tooo long. They should tell customers from the get go.. How long repair is going to take.. thereby giving the customer time to change to another firm. I wouldn't be using them again or recommending them to other people. We are suppose to use our local businesses to help build their profits re covid 19 lockdown. I give them a 0 out of 10 for customer service.

Amazing experience with Larsen's and definitely recommend.My children kindly used our black Mazda as a chalkboard and 'drew' all over it with a sharp rock... We're lucky enough to have car insurance and chose Larsen's for our claim after hearing of other positive experiences. Everyone I dealt with at Larsen's were super friendly with great communication and Jane especially was really helpful and provided fantastic customer service. The paint job is fabulous and our car looks, quite literally, brand new again!

They did a great job on my car, but lack really bad with communication and if I knew it was going to take that long for my car to be repaired I would of happily taken my money elsewhere to save the drama.
