Queenstown isite Visitor Information Centre

I would like to express my gratitude to Queenstown i-SITE, specially to Rachel. The service and care I received are the best and more than I could possibly ask for.I had a holiday in New Zealand in February with bookings made through Rachel. When a severe weather warning issued in Auckland, I was in Christchurch and about to fly to Auckland. The weather went from worse to worse and shortly after, there came a state emergency declaration. With this unexpected natural disaster rolling out, I was very stressed.I was unlucky as I could not complete my planned trip to the North Island. Not to mention the worries, chaos, inconvenience and the extra costs incurred due to the cancellations and new bookings. Yet I was lucky as I had the best assistance from Rachel. She made me feel at ease and warm. Without any delay, she returned the full fee for my Auckland trip. Only I know how much work and time she spent on my bookings but had to cancel only a couple of days later.I visited Rachel when I was in Queenstown. She is beautiful outside and inside. A wonderful young girl. I could not thank her enough. In nowadays profit driven business world, this company makes me believe they still place their customer’s interest at 1st place. Looking at many emails between Rachel and me, I see clearly her efforts and care for her customers. She has gone extra miles to help people like me.Though I could not make my way to Auckland this time, I had a good time in The South Island. When I come back to New Zealand next time, you are my 1st port of call.Thank you once again.Cherie X

Great place and helpfulStaff. Organised a Bee card but best was organising bus and jet boat experience from Queenstown to Glenorchy. Was awesome and staff fantastic. 5 stars definitely. Granddaughter and myself had a ball.

Great service and follow up. We have used them to book transport for quite a few hikes and great service every time.

I wish to thank Sandy from I-Site Visitors Information Centre Queenstown NZ for her knowledgeable advice, excellent communication, care in meeting our special needs and requests, attention to every detail, and preparation of a tremendous itinerary for our 2 weeks stay in Queenstown.Everything went so smoothly. Our accomodation was central and met our preferences, all transport and connections, even to distant places as Stewart Island with a cruise of Doubtful Sound and an overnight in Invercargill on the way, went without a hitch.Our New Zealand experience could not have been better. Sandy was awesome and gave us great local knowledge of Queenstown itself, as well as Wanaka & Mt Cook. Sandy also booked our car rental and scenic helicopter flight. As a family of 4, Sandy was able to make helpful suggestions on what was available to see and do with the kids.

We went there to get tickets for the gondola as we heard there is always a long line at the gondola. But we still had to wait very long due to the fact that the tickets needed to be printed. Disappointing.

I wish every country had these! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and on top of that this company gives profits back to the community. Wonderful
