I needed a computer fix and upgrade etc. Being on Stewart Island Jerry told me to bring it across to the mainland and he went out of his way to accommodate my computer needs very efficiently.He explains things very clearly in layman's terms and his charge out rate is more than fair.Shortly after he got my wife's laptop running very efficiently, remotely, which had been cursed from the day she bought it.Cheers Jerry.Really appreciate your honesty and expertiseSean

My 3rd dealing today with Jerry from CRI and yet again he has explained and enlightened me about 3 separate devices, shown me how to free up space, downloaded a reluctant antivirus software and answered myriad queries. I fully recommend Jerry and his company to all comers especially those, like me, are out of depth with things. I add he has a really pleasant way of explaining issues in terms I can understand.

I recently had my sons computer upgraded and cleaned. Jerry was really efficient and quick. I was surprised at the cost as it was really reasonable and due to not being able to leave work , Jerry went the extra mile and picked up and dropped off the computer.
