The Warehouse Spreydon - Barrington

The cute long blonde hair lady at perfume sales was very helpful. She checked with her colleague to answer my inquiry. Peter at check out was very proper, polite and wrapped up my visit with a warm Xmas greeting. A good branch. Thank you.

It took 35 minutes to get a lay by when they was 3 people just standing there , l let 6 people though so not take them have to wait cause they didn't help it was so rude

Friday night they weren't busyRang a few times to make sure they have what I want oh course they dont answer.Go on line says yes but low stock drive there of course NO stock couple guys on checkout hardly any one in shopIF YOU HAD ANSWERED THEY PH WOULD HAVE SAVE ME A TRIP FOR NOTHING THANKS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR WONT BE BACK

Very unhappy people manning this store. 'Debbie' held her finger up shooshing me, when I approached her while she was at an empty checkout, I was about to ask where a product was in the store. The finger was accompanied with 'wait a minute, I'm in the middle of something'. When I asked her what her name was, Debbie covered her name badge and asked me why I wanted to know. During the same visit another store member was asked to retrieve a product from the shelf because I'd mistakenly picked up the display model. She approached the checkout, let out an audible 'oh what the...' and trounced off like a 5 year old being sent to bed, rather than a middle aged woman at work. What is the Warehouse doing to audit the standards at this store?

Good car parking very near to the back entrance of Barrington mall Clean entrance. Easy to get around. Lots of specials easily visible. Ailse clear. Plenty of staff visible to ask for help. Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.

Though a department store, this had no stock or less stock on automotive. Did not feel well arranged and I feel like they need to brighten up the store. I don't know exactly what, but something didn't feel right about the inside arrangement of the store.

I would give this a zero star but can't. Normally I don't do a google review but I need to say the staff members are VERY RUDE and I felt like they are racist. The last time we went before, we got falsely accused of damaging something by a VERY rude staff member. They seem like they don't know how to handle their job well in terms of customer service. I hope in the future they will employ better employees who know how to do deal with customers because ill-mannered behaviour is NOT acceptable!

I've ever had anything other than very good service from The Warehouse Barrington in the 30-odd years I've been shopping there. Today Bridie went above and beyond to find me something out of stock at every other Warehouse in Christchurch.Full marks.

Sharon was absolutely awful and had terrible customer service at the service desk. I had a team card that wasn’t signed and I’ve used for years and I didn’t know I had to sign. Instead of letting me know nicely she got very angry with me and told me she was going to cancel my card. Definitely not someone that should be in customer service, from a fellow customer service representative.
