Unfortunately, very disappointing service. They refused to pay the returning removal cost of the rented Piano as prevoiusly agreed.

I've come away from some piano practise to write this review which I have been meaning to do for a couple of weeks or so now.I had Mokie Lee from Hoekstra come and give my piano a tune a few weeks ago now. I was impressed with Mokie during her tuning of my piano - obviously very skilled/trained. But I'm getting daily delight (since some weeks later) with the lovely sounds coming from my piano despite being an adult beginner player. Many thanks Mokie - you not only have given me back a lovely instrument but I'm getting regular pleasure from your skilled piano tuning ability. Looking forward to seeing you again in a year.

Recently purchased a gorgeous Feurich piano from Wytze and Janet. After sales service second to none. As I said to them at the time “all these years looking for spiritual enlightenment and all I needed was a good piano”…Wytze is a master of his craft and I’m astonished by the tone he’s achieved when setting up my new 122 Universal. I don’t think enough is said about how important the technician is in the journey from factory to owning pianist… this piano has a tone I didn’t know was possible, and indeed may not have been when I was first learning as a young man… modern piano building techniques meeting the art and passion of a master technician… inspiring passion and more and better music from a long lost musician and composer, finally returning home to music.Thank you both
