What an awesome team! I had a puncture on my kids quad bike tyre so I took it to the bike shop where they couldn't be bothered, they jokingly suggested Neumann's to get it repaired.I walked down and sheepishly handed over the tiny tube and they politely took it away, found the puncture, repaired it and sent me on my way without so much as a charge.My kids and I are so greatful team thank you so much!
