Discussed with the appauling service from this business. After phoning with urgent repair issue . I was told someone would call me back in 10-15min. Never happened and there phone answer service continually disconnected over the next two hours. I dove across auckland to find the advertised address is for sales not service . Locating the business is also made difficult by lack of street name signage. When i finally arrived at the premises and identifed the young woman who had taken my inital call i described the difficulties i had had in contacting and locating the business. She offered no explaination but said they werent interested in doing the work. She said see ya and laughed in my face as i left. This woman doesnt deserve a job . Let alone one as first contact for any business that actually wants to remain in business.

Having called in to the service department yesterday to get a booking for a small warranty job I saw Andy Irvine and after seeing what I wanted he said take a seat in the lounge area and have a hot drink. The job was done in quick time and I was on my way. A great company to deal with.

Trailite is incompetent at nearly every level in our opinion. It has twice ordered the wrong parts for our warranty work, which has taken well over 12 months to sort... they always blame the European suppliers, but unfortunately its there own staff who do not order correctly, do not check what they receive and then get people to travel around the countryside at their own expense to find out they have the wrong parts and they cant be fitted. This is even after you check in with them to make sure before you depart. They take no ownership and never recompensate the costs you incur because of their incompetence. If you were looking for a party to buy from and/or question their support or service of warranty issues... never use these guys. Quite frankly they just dont care or take ownership. I would never buy anything attached to them whether its their product or their warranty of overseas brands. Be warned and unfortunately it is a theme as I have come accross other owners who are selling Traillites because of similar poor service issues.

Great business. Loved being shown through the factory by an obviously proud salesman. Genuinely keen to show off their product.

Great communication and service. All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel part of their business.i would recommend them and I would purchase from them should the occasion arises.

HiPity when you hand over a new van that everything that should be in it is and not have your valued customers wait for weeks to have the transaction completed.On this occasion you have not lived up to your sale or the after sales experience as it is still incomplete after 6 weeks.Please remember bad news travels faster than good news,which is much better for ongoing sales!

As second time buyers we can’t recommend TrailLite more.

We got good service advice from Richard & Andy, the job was well done, finished before expected and in less time than estimated. The team coped well with a number of variations along the way. Thanks team :-)
