What an incredible experience! Abby was absolutely fantastic with a short notice appointment for Ear Impressions. Off the gate, Abby was extremely calming and guided me through the whole experience and steps required to create ear impressions. Upon checking my ears, she was very upfront with the need to clean and unblock my ears for a perfect fit. Everything was painless and I'm extremely happy with the fast turn around considering the very short notice that was given to Abby. I would certainly return and recommend Abby to anyone who needs audiological services! Thanks again Abby!

I had the best experience here! Both Abby & the receptionist were so lovely & welcoming. The procedure was super quick, easy & comfortable. I know for sure I’ll be returning back. Highly recommend these guys. The best!

It was for my 4 years old daughter and everything happened really nicely without any hassle. My daughter actually did not cry during the ear wax removal which is really good for me. So, I recommend Hobsonville hearing.

I can’t recommended Hobsonville Hearing enough!! Abby is passionate, super knowledgeable and has an incredible bedside manner. I always look forward to my appointments because every experience has always been pleasant and seamless. Abby even has a camera that shows inside your ears before and after suctioning, which is a cool feature. I could write more but I’ll stop now - just trust me.

It was easy to make an appointment and Abby and her team offered an excellent service. The young lady at reception (didn’t catch her name) was welcoming and efficient. Abby ushered me into her clinic and with the equipment at her disposal used a camera to show the state of wax in my ears. That was soon remedied with application of a suction device, Abby advising throughout what was happening and to let her know if I was experiencing any discomfort. At $60 a consultation, value for money, I’d say. John

Abby and her team at Hobsonville Hearing are very professional, welcoming and the whole appointment process was seamless. Abby was very kind and gentle with my 18 month old daughter. I would highly recommend their services.
