Absolutely appalled by the service I received.Went in looking for some gear oil for the rear diff on one of our trucks.We were not greeted, the shelves were low so we asked if there was any excess stock that wasn’t on the shelves, we were told no and asked about other brands, we were told to look on the shelf.We chose something that would get us home but it wasn’t the right gear.Anyway, the female who served us wouldn’t even let me use my capricorn account.Standard Repco attitude, the same reason why I won’t deal with your stores for my business or personal use.

Best service ever! After 2 years of squelching wiper blades despite mechanics changing, cleaning and positioning this lady comes out, plop plop whisper quiet. All the while teaching someone. Be back next winter!

These shops are naturally bent towards petrol heads. I've always found the staff helpful and understanding towards me who knows or cares little about what makes my vehicles go.
