Very nice, Love the brow sugar taste!

I love gongcha but I was a little worried coming to this gongcha because of the low rating but it’s actually really good. The staff were friendly and patient when we ordered and the drinks came out exactly the way I wanted them to:))

Unfortunately, this place is dirty. The staff here are also a mess. Last Sunday around 10:40 a.m.… I saw it. The lady brushed her teeth inside. She really gargled her teeth!! Where drinks are made for customers. This place is the worst!

I really like gong cha but last experience was a let-down. We waited at the kiosk area for more than 5 minutes with no response. Only one person and clearly he did not want to take any more orders.

I came in today and got 2 drinks both where supposed to have 30% ice, however the girl filled the cups almost to the brim with ice. When I asked if it was 30% ice she said it was, but my sister and I both saw her make the drinks and they definitely were not 30%. Other than this experience, the service is generally quite good as I've been here many times before.
