I went into this store on Monday and was absolutely blown away by the wonderful service I received. I was treated like a star nothing was a problem and these guys really know their stuff. so nice to receive good old fashioned service from someone who cared. please support these guys they are up against the unfeeling unhelpful big shops in the Malls. but if you want good service go see these guys you won't regret it they are STARS!!

I couldn't recommend them enough. We visited to purchase my 18month old some shoes. The gentleman who served us was incredible. His knowledge was outstanding, he was great with my son and took the tome to make sure he had the right shoe and fit for him. Incredible customer service, we will defiantly be back

Impecable service from a local shoe store. Was looking for a pair of Dr Martens for my wife, and after being told in bigger outlets her size wasn't available in NZ, staff at Bay Shoes immediately paired her with the right size and boot. Not the first time we receive such excellent service and everytime were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service, and shoe selection. Support local - if they don't have your size they will order it in for you. I only enquired about the Hi-Tec boots during the Christmas holidays and was surprised how quickly I was contacted to say they were in.

If anyone wants to give their staff lessons in customer service, send them here and watch some masters at work. Unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed, but that wasn't before they tried every single avenue they could to get what I wanted. I was so impressed I'm writing this review for them without even purchasing anything!
