A great wholesaler however because of Covid you can't get inside to have a good actual look at product. On- line is good but it's always nice to visually see.

The woman on the desk is extremely rude and seems unhinged. If she is the first contact customers deal with I think they should rethink that choice for the good of the company.

The front desk old lady needs replacement. She is very rude and she even asked to stop talking and listen to her. Never interrupt a customer while explaining their order as without a customer you have no business. The place was closed when we arrived for pick up with a note on the door saying a staff was tested positive for Covid. She even sent a lovely young assistant lady outside with our order and lack of instruction as the assistant did not understand the content of our order. Very unprofessional and the biggest disappointment. She ruined a beautiful day.

Don’t pay any attention to the one star reviews below, they’re all posted by keyboard warriors who think that Holstens is a retail store! They’re a business to business wholesaler, and small time retail customers get a bit miffed when they realise they either have to buy in bulk or go to another retailer and pay a retail price. Great service every time go in!

Very poor, rude, impolite customer service over the phone.Myself and two other colleagues dealt with the same receptionist, and all received horrible service.One of my colleagues went in to collect the other, and also got treated very rudely.Interesting that all three of us had the same consistently bad experience with the same receptionist.Perhaps something to address? I have noticed many similar Google Reviews.They also didn't appear to want to sell their product, which is confusing.

It's unfortunate how one with this kind of attitude and manner is positioned in the frontline. There is a difference in between being firm to your company rules and simply being rude.

Rude lady met us at the car park. Instead of being helpful she chose to be rude and shut us down at every question. We drove all the way from Takanini only to be told we could be served because we weren’t registered. No offer to register us then and there so we can make a purchase just gave the cold shoulder and walked off.
