Sonia has been helping me for the past year with my neck and back. She is a truly gifted therapist. It was hard during lockdown not having my regular visits with her. Very happy to be back on schedule again.

Remarkable. One of the best massages I've had. This lady knows her stuff, and can do acupuncture too: a nice surprise. After a four day trek and some recurring knee pain, Sonia completely sorted me out. Highly recommended.

I have been receiving the benefits of Sonia's massages for some years now, and always feel great afterwards. Sonia has terrific massage skills and a happy and engaging personality. She always knows just what areas of the body requires work, often finding and fixing sore joints and mussels before I have identified them myself. She has great knowledge of the the body and how to repair it and get me back into enjoying the outdoors. I totally recommend her.

Sonia has been taking care of (and helping to prevent) my sports- and work-related aches and pains for over seven years. She's an amazing massage therapist who puts her heart as well as her thumbs and elbows into her work. Highly recommended.

I’m a ski instructor at Cardrona and have been seeing Sonia for regular massages for the last 2 years. I’ve been all over the world doing my job and she is by far the best Sports masseuse I’ve ever had! Her knowledge in the profession is brilliant. She always tells you what you should have done ( after the initial visit) as well as listening to what you would like to get out of the experience and she combines the two really well. I couldn’t do my job with out her help to keep me disscomfort free..... you will not be disappointed!

I have been getting deep tissue massages for recovery and rehabilitation for many years. In the last 7 years I have been using Sonia from Remedial Massage and find her to be exceptional. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is excellent as is her desire to help address any injuries or concerns that I have had from sports, training and an active lifestyle. I have no hesitations in recommending Sonia to friends and family all of which have also found her to be excellent.

I've been getting sports massage from Sonia for some time now and she's just fantastic. Her knowledge of how all the moving parts compliment each other, and where to look to resolve an issue is consistently accurate and effective. Highly recommended/wouldn't go anywhere else - she's been amazing with my lower back issues and overall massage keeping me ticking over cycling, running etc.
