Good place to get your car looked at for service and repairs but find prices abit high in all aspects and customer service could improve as I found it so rude. Example, I was waiting for my car for 40min after given time only to get message on my ph that my car is ready. This was sent to me right in front of me.Will think about going again. Sorry about comment but it was my experience with them. Customer service could have a good look at to.

Bought my Ranger from Ford Waipapa at a reasonable price and good condition. The salesman Jon was a great help, even informing me about a vehicle that had only just arrived. Buying with a year of warranty left has been great to get a couple of niggles resolved.

We had delays with parts and an invoice that didn't specify hours and cost per hours. Poor communication between parts & service department regarding availability and timing. Pleasant people to deal with but poor communication all-round..

Over priced and and bad service.Was told incorrectly where car had been parked after a service. After walking around the parking lot 3 times in the pouring rain went back to ask again and was sent across the road to find it. When I did find it it was parked in huge pool of water. You would think with price of a service you could at least get your car brought to you or even told where it was parked rather than been sent on a treasure hunt. Do not recommend-posted on behalf of my nana

I had a very negative experience with a car sale that was not completed due to the seller's fault. The seller did not verify that the tow bar on the car was illegal and did not want to give me a discount or change the tow bar to complete the sale, even after I spent three days negotiating and providing personal informations with them. As a result of this experience, I lost opportunities to buy a car from other dealers and I am extremely disappointed. This seller's behavior shows a lack of professionalism and a lack of concern for the buyer's satisfaction. I would not recommend doing business with a seller who is unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.

DANGER! Bad business Review unrate-able Great Company but not even worth the one star upon communicating directly with Dale who took 2months to do my work. Who told me my vehicle was good and ready to go. With a current WOF (stated also in the invoices it was valid. But that wasn’t the case) for something as simple as a timing chain. Up to $2000 work done. Which was fair but… Upon picking it up it broke down a second time. Then they wouldn’t release the information or service repairs done on it. Beware get invoices or a service list if they offer to do the work free of charge so you have evidence of the safety of your vehicle. Taken to a new mechanic $2300+ work I had to pay and $1000+ work insurance had to pay. (For work that was supposedly checked and sitting in their care). Upon picking it up seatbelts were damaged, side mirror passenger side electrics needed repairing. Grass and mud throughout a well looked after vehicle. Travel and expenses lost including 3wks worth of wages waiting for the new mechanic to do all the work on a modern vehicle with leather interior and all the added extras I was told it was ready to go by Dale. Not a nice experience being a solo mum with two kids. From out of town. Having to sort accommodation having no networks or resources available. Recommend to have an assessor assess your work and to seek legal advice for any damages and expenses. Upon inspection from new mechanics and another company all tie rods and a shock absorber and inner breaks were thrashed. For a vehicle that was sitting for two months indicates that their was intense misuse of my vehicle. I recommend Auto tech Northland Whangarei for all your mechanical needs and repairs. Do not deal Dale or this company without any legal networks or backing.
