Staff members are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Stock plenty of your daily needs, though specialties rice are a bit hard to find; however, they have plenty of koshihikari rice in stock. Inside is much bigger than what the outside might look like.

This is one of the better shops at this mall. It is great for storage items, plastics and meal items. The prices are pretty good for the household items. The food items prices have a huge variance which you need to keep an eye on because othereise you will be spending a fortune the staff are nice but if you need help amd only speak English yoy will find it hard to find what you want because the staff do not understand completely what you mean. Also the store layout is bitzy. That said if you need storage items or have time it is well worth a look.

Great selection of goods for cooking Asian cuisines, items are also labeled in English which is great and makes it easier to shop, however I was disappointed when I asked for help to find some items as the women was rude and had no customer service skills at all. It made me feel uncomfortable in front of other Asian people waiting to go through checkout. Have never experienced this at other Asian supermarkets before.

Great store and friendly people, lots of Japanese grocery options, quite good organic options also. Try something different other than countdown and pak n save.

I went there to look around and I brought a packet of homemade pork buns for my work and its a very nice place they have got everything what I need there.
