Craig and Lucie were great! Lucie was very useful at working through any questions we had about how the testing would work, and what the removal process would look like if we wanted to have asbestos removed. Lucie and Craig were able to test the house in a timely manner after I had called and asked about testing, and got the test results back to us within 3 business days!

Craig and Lucie have been fantastic to work with. They were able to get testing for asbestos sorted for us and get the results back the same day. They spent a lot of time answering our questions and showed a genuine concern for our needs and wellbeing. I can't fault them - their communication, turnaround time and professional and caring attitude makes them brilliant to deal with, and made a stressful situation that much easier.

There were quite a few months between contacting Lucie and Craig and finalising the job. Communication during this time was excellent Queries were answered clearly and promptly by Lucie. The removal process ran smoothly and I was surprised at how little damage there was. Lucie and Craig have a natural friendliness and I highly recommend them.
