Highly suggest seeing Karen. Out of everyone I have been served by at this Travelex she is the ONLY one that has good customer service. I didn’t think anyone there knew how to smile. Glad to see a good employee here. After previously having bad experience after bad experience I thought I should update my review. However it still stands about your other staff.

Terrible!! Doesn’t answer the phone or divert calls. Kiosk is closed when you turn up. The poor woman behind me had been trying to pick up cash since the day before. Lotus currency is in Riccarton mall, open and has great service

I was in need of (XPF) CFP franc, no exchange company seemed to have it available to even order in, but they said they would do what they could, they called round and tried to order it, they kept me updated over several weeks and then were able to get what I needed in time. Much appreciated! Thank you.

Unprofessional staff. Not polite. 2 ladies were simply talking each other and when I ask them about wu money transfer . They told me to come back after 20 30 minutes.
