Thanks Shyloe! She's very knowledgeable and helpful when making a vaccum purchase. My friend had walked in at the same instant for something else and was also served straight away. Both of us had left your competition prior after we had both waited 20mins to be served.... Totally made the right choice popping around the corner!

ALWAYS the best shop, in Australia or New Zealand. The staff member that served me, Pieter, was very helpful and spike to me ,nit at me or down to me. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I purchased the latest Apple Ipad and am very happy with it. Other staff members were equally fantastic. We had been to another place that sells the same product,but after asking 4 different people and got kept waiting, my friend suggested we go to Harvey Norman. Best decision ever.

Worst experience with HN Blenheim furniture department.The lounge suit I bought had severe foam depression so I contacted them. I had to follow up so many times for more than 6 months until someone in Feb 2023 responded and accepted the return and refund.Even though the longe suits were collected on 22 of March, we have not yet received the refund in May. Ridiculous customer service and refund process. I do not recommend them!

Got some photos done in gifts section, staff person not particularly friendly or enthusiastic, they don’t ph you to let you know your items are in, my photo on block was good, but I need a magnifying glass to see the photo on the fridge magnet.
