PC Service Centre offered a fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. I was in need of a computer to run demanding Computer Aided Design programs (C.A.D), and the team at PC Service Centre delivered, offering a cost effective solution to my requirements. They are very knowledgeable on your specific needs and deliver the service well. They also took the time to talk me through the various options and discussed with me the best solution for my needs. Would highly recommend for others if they are in need of a fast, reliable and friendly service.

First time shopping at PC Service Centre today, nothing was a problem, good friendly service, and my computer issue was resolved without delay and at a fair and reasonable cost. Nice work Guy's you've got this right.

They've consistently given us really robust advice, they've taken time to understand the needs of our organisation and offer solutions that are both cost effective and right for our needs. When we've needed urgent help, they've always stepped up. Maarty's always cheerful and patient in spite of the challenges we put in front of him! We used these guys for several years to host our Web account , service our PCs etc. We initially found them to be pretty good but then their computer geek left & we quickly realised that he was the brains behind the company. From then on they were hopeless. We set up a new Website through Web Genius & let them know we were doing this. We discovered they carried on charging us for Web hosting and emailed them that we wanted to be credited this back, they replied that we hadn't let them know we were cancelling it. We have since changed to another company for our computer requirements & when changing over so they could acess our server they found the whole PC Service operation to be a bit wierd & made it very difficult. Probably OK for home computing but do not use them for business.

I have used PC Service Cente on many occasions and their service has always been friendly and efficient and they resolved any issues I had. I would happily recommend them.

Got referred to Pc service centre to sort my email out drop it off in working order and left in a piece meal situation.Spoke to them to see if they could do about it and Technician tried his best but was under pressure by owner to get out the door at 5pm, left me in a unworkable situation.Poor customer service by owners

The team at PC Serivce Centre were amazing with their quick, helpful and efficient service because of them I was able to meet a work deadline after an IT disaster. Many Thanks

If there is .5 star i would rate them 0.5 not even 1 star. Paid them what they charged but didnt really fixed my laptop properly. I wont recommend this place to anyone at all.

Called in on ANZAC day as the front door was not locked and some people were inside the PC Service Centre premises. Was welcomed by staff even though the business was actually not open to customers on that day. A nice lady entered the information regarding the issue affecting the laptop that I brought in on a work order form. She outlined the agreed fees and fee limits to assess and repair my laptop. The following morning, I received a text msg from PC Service Centre to say that the laptop was ready for pickup ;-) On pick-up, I got a detailed invoice on the work done. Cost: $50 and the laptop now works as expected. Will definitely come back to these guys for future computer hardware issues.
