Excellent experience. First time on jetski with my partner. Easy booking system, easy instructions and help from the staff member. Wetsuits were available at no extra charge .

The young man who answered the phone seemed hungover— wasn’t at the office on a Wednesday. He claimed that I couldn’t rent a boat because the weather even though it was glassy conditions with almost zero wind and some light misting rain. Unprofessional and lacking any resemblance of class. 0/10.Picture of current weather attached below.

We reserved a boat and wakeboard to hire, but when we arrived there was no wakeboard and we had to wait 30 while the guy went and borrowed the board and a rope from another place. The board was split in 2 longways so it was too flexible and caught a lot of water making it very difficult to use. The wetsuits were very old and full of holes too. After all this, and returning the place 2hrs early (thanks to the dead wakeboard) they wouldn't give us any refund and still charged us $25 for the petrol. If they had made the board or the gas free to compensate for their previous mishap then all would have been ok but they passed up the chance completely.

We rented the smaller boat from them. They explained everything well and told us where to go, what to avoid, etc and how to use it (as it was our first time). Friendly staff although it seems like their staff changes regularly. Booking is essential as they do not have a lot of hire items available. People say their services are expensive, but compared to other services they seem to be one of the cheapest. The only thing that that is misleading is that their boats look nothing like the pictures on the site, although this didn't change my experience.

I recommend looking somewhere else. We had a horrible time attempting to rent a boat. Customer service was rude and seemed hungover. We ended up going elsewhere due to it and got into a boat immediately.

We hired a JetSki for an hour and what an amazing experience! Seth was so helpful and friendly gave us instructions that were easy to follow. We went out in the morning and for most of the hour we were the only ones on the entire lake. We went to Bobs cove which was amazing! -The water was like glass. Highly recommend this.

We rented a Stabicraft. So much more convenient than having your own boat. 4 hours of fun, for 6 people. Really good on fuel too the Honda 60hp was great! Thanks so much we'll be back soon
