We have moved to an Unleashed competitor due to a number of recent concerns including Xero integration issues and questionable billing practices. Our new provider is head and shoulders above Unleashed. We had no issues with Unleashed prior to them being bought by Access in the UK.

Be careful committing to this inventory software platform. Although flexible, it is overly complex for the task. Support is terrible. Integration with accounting systems like Xero is tricky. They might answer you back in 2 days if you are lucky. I also suggest that you try to call one of their phone numbers. You will never get anyone on the phone and they never call you back. Something as simple as changing account ownership requires an act of congress as only they can do it. You will spend months trying to master the manufacturing process workflow. Reporting for serial numbers in devices is terrible.
