Used this company a couple of years back, heat pump then I got a ventilation system. I highly recommend them, this was pre Covid but I have recommended them to others

Really friendly, and accommodating.Even through the busy times they still tried their best to get our install completed in a timely manner.Even called a week before our initial install date saying a spot had opened up and they could squeeze in our install.

This company measured my house for a heat pump over 5 weeks ago. I have contacted them a number of times and requested a quote. 3 1/2 weeks ago I was told that my quote was marked priority. HVAC-I are unable to give me any timeframe for when to expect a quote. I have done many things to try to get a quote out of them e.g. leaving messages with the quote person (he doesn't respond), emailing in (they don't respond), asking to speak to the manager (I left a message and he never got back to me). I looked on the company register as I thought I would pass on feedback to the owners/directors. I was unable to find them listed as active on the company register.They advertise their hours as 8.30 to 4.30 pm but only answer the phone between 9 am and 3 pm.I would never use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
