Had what I wanted, which performed well. Low rating for the bored staff member who I had to prompt to redeem my outstanding discount. Left the store and hiked the Routeburn, on checking my emails on returning to civilisation, I see he'd failed to supply proof of purchase to my email, nor did he apply points against my profile. Considering I'd just given him my email in order to get the discount, it marks him as not just bored, but lazy too. That's me screwed if this coat springs a leak on the next walk.

Excellent customer service! Despite not having my size in store, they tracked down the items that I wanted to exchange to another town and got them to post them down to their store for me to pick up. They were super friendly and helpful.
