Ok I can only edit this so here you go.Did I send you the reel all unscrewed then chunk in the plastic bag part by part?I'm talking about the COMMON SENSE.let's say, your computer is broken down, pop into repairer but decide to get something new not repairing it with some reasons. and the repairer give you the computer parts by parts chunk in a box and say I have no responsibilities on this. What would you say?not even 1 star is worse to this man. I send the fishing reel to be repaired but didn't go for it. Just because the repairing wasn't worth the money as all consumable parts needed to be replaced in the old reel. So I asked him to send it back, paid for inspection and flight. But what I got is ALL UNSCREWED, SEPARETED PARTS BY PARTS. Rang him asked why then what he said was it is not reliable, he had no responsibilities, I'm not doing it.if you ever want someone to make your reel rubbish, he is a good one. He will PROFESSIONALLY break your gears for you. as he ad on his website.OK Steve. It's ridiculous service. you worth this review for your business.
