Z - Ormiston Rd - Service Station

Love this petrol station. Laidback area and most of the time has an attendent that checks your oil and water as well as fill up your car. Good for when you're in a rush or just plain lazy.

Had baby in car so tried to fill up with prepay pump for first time.. stood there for awhile trying to figure it out noone came out to help at all and noone outside for assistance!

I went here bout a month ago. Asked them to help pump my tires up, they said they can't cos they don't know the tire pressure telling me to look on the tire. Why don't you come out & show me, thats why I stopped here for HELP!! Bloody useless!

It was such a bad experience. I always go there for petrol or to buy something. I bought 2 v drinks which was for 6.50$ but asked the lady to change it to 500ml one’s but she told me that if she tries and refund it in the system it shows 8$ and the cans that I wanted was for 7.50$ so she said pay 8 for this i told her why should I pay extra for something which was 7.50$. She did not stop and made weird face and then called her manager and told her the whole thing in hindi and her manager asked her what nationality I am and the lady on the counter prabhjot said the customer is Indian and after that the lady manager asked her to video call her ? What a pathetic way to treat your customers really ????? Never going back.

You made me feel empowered and taught me something new without judgement, that will benefit me through my life.i was having A LOT of trouble putting air in my tyres and having being laughed at my another petrol station, i drove away in tears extremely embarrassed, ashamed and in distress. I then went to the Z because i knew i would get help, and i was blessed with an amazing employee. He kindly let me explain myself full a mess of embarrassing tears and then told me how to put the air in properly, after still struggling- he came out and helped!!I know this sounds like a damsel in distress story and it is :) the Z station was the castle and the man behind the counter was my knight in shining armour!THANKYOU AGAIN :)

A regular stop for me. Good parking for large vehicles.

My regular stop-over, because they are one of the best in town, always very respectful, helpful, consistently giving their best service.

May be they had technical difficulties on that day. My experience was not 100 percent. Pump didn't work. Oil spilled all over while fixing and I paid few for milliliters extra
