Possibly the best Countdown I have ever visited. Very well stocked and extensive range. Spacious and well presented. Heaps of parking. Check out not very busy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Over the years of opening this place has deteriorated. Have bout milk three times of late with expire date plenty to go. But on opening found it had gone of a curdled. Not funning for what the prices were are paying. I would say it has sat out to long before going straight into the fridge ..

This has got to be the worst countdown in Auckland. They are always out of stock of basic things like water, produce, often out of baked goods and seafood, sometimes so low on toilet paper and paper towels(and this is after lockdowns ended). You would think it was in the middle of nowhere and not in Auckland. Have had to drive out of beachlands so many times or when I’m too exhausted to drive back out again we end up just going without.

Not impressed with the quality of stuff coming out of this store. Not the first time nor what I’m used to from any Countdown. Our bad for not checking but lesson learned.

A beautiful supermarket and very attractive layout. Easy parking but thats where the compliments stop. Too expensive and empty spaces on shelves are pretty annoying. Because Beachlands is some distance away thats no excuse to hike the prices that much.

Elevated prices even compared to other Countdowns, lack of staff with the majority of staff picking click and collect orders, resulting common gaps on shelves or random items filling shelves to cover holes.Self service check-outs unreliable needed frequent input from the overworked/nonexistent service staff

They had eggs this time, but as usual, heaps of items out of stock.Patiently waiting for quilton toilet paper to be restocked
