definitely one of the best places to go for dessert.if you are a sweet tooth like me, then this is the place to be. enjoyed the ice cream flavours they have!!netflix and chill is definitely a favourite. cookies or biscuits were also yummy. we did enjoy it despite the fact that it was really cold in the evening. everything just really tasted so perfect

Had been looking forward to a shake or smoothie but no such luck. Waited at the counter, which was unmanned, and someone eventually attended. I asked for a smoothie or shake and was told that they were not offering shakes as they don't have any milk and no longer offering smoothies. I checked the website just prior to my visit and the smoothies were listed. Terrible service and no apology either. Really disappointed.

Seems every time you go there they are out of stock of something or no staff around to serve customers. Pity you can’t buy the salted caramel blondy in supermarkets so I never have to visit their shops again.

Not bad place for quickly grab some for needy kids. Enough staffs to quickly take the orders and serve them nicely. Kids were satisfied.

Waiting to be served but no one came. Me and three other customers also gave up waiting. This is the third time I had to wait forever for someone to come to the counter.

Very disappointing situation. Drove halfway across Auckland and were told our coupons that specify the exact location can’t be accepted as the manager doesnt know how to redeem them. Very nice and courteous girl working there but the manager was abrupt and essentially rude telling us nothing can be done and we need to go. Not good and looking at other reviews seems to not be the first time this has occured.

Noticed the Shop in the side of the ticketing counter as I was lining up for a ticket. Immediately went and grabbed something after buying the ticket since I had some time to kill. Took a while to get the attention of someone so I could order. Grabbed brownie sundae and it was just super rich and nice. Also had cream on top but it was off balance so some of it slipped to one side.It was convenient they had a table there to eat the dessert. Not very big but enough to fit about 6 or so people. Nice place for a sugar rush before a movie.
