We bought a few Oxford pies as a fundraiser for a friend's daughters sports team. After just finishing dinner, which included a family sized steak and cheese, I had to come and find out more about your company. I haven't had a pie that good for decades, if ever. Big chunks of melt-in-your-mouth beef, tasty gravy, with loads of melted cheese. And the pastry was absolute perfection. Well done, and we will definitely look to enjoy more of your products from now on. Got to run - the apple and blueberry pie is in the oven now! ❤

I have been laid up with bronchitis and as a treat got myself a custard pie. Absolutely disgusting. The bottom of the pie had a huge limp of pastry in the middle resulting in there only being approximately 3 tbsps of custard in the whole pie. What a let down.

First time purchasing and must say I'll drive the 2 hours back there to buy again. Brought pies and Leamingtons and they are so fresh and tasty

Best petrol station/dairy pie you can get, the pride of the Waikato (the mince and cheese edges out Jimmy’s pies from Otago and Maketu from the BOP in my opinion). “Generously sized” indeed at 200+ grams, vs most others at around 170g.

Tried a Large Mince and Cheese Frozen Family Pie. Was great and easy to defrost and cook. Pastry was great on top.

Unfortunately the pastry base in the savoury pies was too thick and gluey. The filling in the chicken and vege pie was flavourless too. I’ll stick with Couplands pies. Nice flaky pastry, tasty filling and great price too!

First time I bought a pie (APRICOT), I was so disappointed in the quantities. It should be named shortbread pie with s sliver of apricot jam. The base was so bulked up with pastry and gave false impression of tasty apricot. Didn't get any actual apricot bits. Wont waste my money on any of their pies now.

This company is just awesome. I can’t go past a pie warmer if I spy an Oxford pie mince pie. They went the extra mile and created a tasty limited edition ultimate breakfast pie with the team at The Breeze to fundraise Kids in Need Waikato. (I hope it comes back next year) Besides that they also have a section which enables groups to fundraise. Online ordering was easy and delivery was awesome. BJ even went the extra mile and called to say she was on my doorstep! The pies were delivered fresh not frozen. So it does pay to get them into the fridge or freezer ASAP.
