Bought waffles from new world and for some reason they were dry and crumbly, just falling apart.Messaged Waffle On and they immediately replied. Sent pictures as requested. Not long after I received a parcel in the post with fresh waffles. So good of them as they were very surprised that happened.Definitely would buy them again. Yum yum! Thank you again Great Customer Service Waffle On NZ ❤️

I worked there for a little while and Renee who runs it was a excellent boss and that radiates through to the staff who are helpful and very caring, only waffle place in nz from my knowledge which shows there product are top notch, also great selection of different flavored waffles
