The staff here were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to get the product I wanted. There is also a ton of parking. Plus of course the prices are great!

I have been in this Chemist dozens of times & the Pharmacists tho busy still take time to answer questions & offer helpful suggestions.

Fine for things like hair and beauty products. But for pharmacy I'd stay away. They give incorrect information around medicine, including withholding over the counter medication because they say there are only specific reasons they can sell them, which isn't true (I checked with a specialist doctor and the pharmacy were wrong). I know of doctors that's won't even send prescriptions there anymore because she's had so many people being given the wrong advice around their medication.Better going to another pharmacy for your prescriptions.

They advertise products that are available online when they are not. When you purchase they inform you the items are not in stock and tell you they will sort out your order when those items are available. They don't tell you when or explain why these products are listed for delivery when they are not. However you will be charged, you will not get a refund even though you have not yet received what you paid for or given a reasonable explanation as to why. Your supposed 2 to 3 day delivery will become a waiting game with zero communication. Frustrating to deal with a company who chooses to deal with customers in this manner. Unprofessional, Unreliable and highly Inconvenient.

Bought some items and asked to change a $50 note for 2 x $20s and a $10. Staff member looked very confused with a till up to her eyeballs and asked her peer and they both claimed they couldn’t do that- either too lazy to care or incompetent. First time l’ve experienced retail staff unable to fulfil something so basic for paying customers and certainly won’t go back.

Absolutely pathetically incompetent. Told me 15 mins on a script. 45 mins later I went up and asked what happened. They hadn't started and gave the excuse they thought I had left the store after giving me a buzzer then started questioning me and making excuses why it wasn't done. I will never give them another cent and would rather wait two weeks on international shipping than ever deal with them again. Disgusting.

I use to like this place but last few experiences here I find them appulauling, went in one day to get something, was followes by security guard the entire way. What I wanted was on top shelf, I'm short, so went looking for staff member to help, couldn't find One so asked at prescription counter. They didn't want to help. Finally managed to get what I wanted, still being watched by security, paid for it, on leaving shop he asked to search my bag. . How insulting. Today rang to see if I could have my last script ready for my inhalers as I was going to pick them up, told that it expired on 12th Feb, I am in final stages of COPD & need these just to get through my day as easy as I can considering, told I had to go to doctor to get it renewed, they say they sent me tx in early January to let me no this, I honestly don't remember if they did or not but regardless it was over a month before expiration & just one tx. Why don't they send another reminder closer to the time. I'm now sitting here on Saturday with no inhalers waiting for my doctor's to open on Monday. To bad if I can't catch my breathe & drop dead aye chemist warehouse . The humidity this year has made it even harder to breathe & already had hospital stay this year because of it. You people are appauling no stars, wouldn't recommend chemist warehouse Bethlehem to anybody

Absolutely appalled. Went to Bethlehem on Thursday last week for some pills,lovely lady said they had sold out,please try Tuesday.So this morning I thought I'd phone so not wasting time and fuel.I realize they are busy but 4 times so far, they picked up the phone and hung straight up without speaking.You can't tell me at first call at 9am they were run off their feetPoor service

Few months back, I saw one of the lovely staff was being rude to the customer. The customer was just trying to find the tester for some makeup products and picked one but that lovely staff explained her that it’s not a tester in a harsh tone saying not to open new one. Before the customer could explain her that it was already open by someone and not trying to open new one , that staff (young girl) left the scene shaking head and rolling her eyes. Seriously!!! .. this is how you behave with the customer…. Disgusted!!!!

Some items advertised as cheaper than any where else it’s not true should not advertise false information to consumers. I feel this type of information cheating the Bay of Plenty customers
