Craig, Kim and Kaytlyn (sorry if that's not how it's spelt) were all a great help at getting my first pairs of glasses. Definitely felt confident that I was walking out with a pair that looked good on me.To everyone who assisted with picking out my glasses I would mention by name but I'm not the best at remembering names.If you need glasses Dunedin Specsavers is the place to go!

My first visit here I was on holiday and my eye was sore, the staff fitted me in and made sure my eye was treated, sent detaild through to the Specsavers near my home.So I returned to get glasses, the staff are polite, caring and prepared to spend that bit of extra time to make sure you have the product you need.

Jonathan and Liam were very helpful when I was picking out glasses. I wished I could have found something with more sparkle like my old frames.... but I came out happy with my choices. I'm very excited to get my new sunglasses in particular.

Everyone at Specsavers Dunedin was so helpful, and made my first eye test and glasses selection process simple! Johnathan helped me to work out which glasses to buy and was very upfront about pricing. I thoroughly recommend Specsavers to anyone who may be feeling a bit nervous about getting an eye test and/or glasses like I was, they were so kind!

Everything was great until I got to the “try glasses on to buy” part. The lady that I saw after initial eye tests assumed I had no money and tried to usher me out the door immediately. I ended up spending $920. I hope it’s not on commission because she certainly didn’t deserve it, she was more interested about another customer than to help me! Was really disappointing.

I want to say a huge thank you to Verona for her fantastic service! She was friendly, thoughtful, and considered when helping me choose my new glasses. She took time to make sure I found something that not only felt comfortable but suited my own personal style. She made a usually harrowing experience for me to be quite enjoyable.
