I purchased some spares from Startech using my credit card,After receiving my credit card statement I noticed I was charged twice for my spares.I contacted Startech with my complaint,all they said was we will get back to you,which they didn't. I called again only for a the sales person to admit they did overcharge me,with no apologies for overcharging me nor not getting back to me or offer to inform me when the charges will be reversed,Totally unprofessional and not worth purchasing with their prices,I will never buy from them again.

Tried 3 other mercedes organisations to find part to no avail....rung you fellas and received excellent service from Corey and received my fan belt tensioner pulley for my slk230 the very next day. These other fellas reckoned 3 weeks and were twice the price. Good on you guys it up.
