Was left a card as I missed a postal delivery and the only option was to collect from here between 7.30am and 12 noon. Am sure these hours would be inconvenient for most people who work a regular day. No time to collect before work, and closed before my lunch break. At least stay open until 1pm and/or offer an option to redeliver!

Went to pick up a missed parcel. I was very impressed with level of professionalism and empathy. I had my toddler daughter with me and the ladies at the reception went above and beyond to help me. They brought in a trolley and helped me to get the item into my car. my visit was at 4.58 pm on Thursday.
