Why you do not have a phone number? Just to make it impossible to contact you about the missing order.I would not need to write a review or email if I would get a chance just to call and talk about my order.When you take you customers money you are liable to communication before your customer will get the service or goods in return. It is a simple fair trader rule.Email only is a type of communication where your customer is in an uncomfortable position - waiting for you to may be will email back".Really - you can do better than this."

Great company, great products! They really take care of their customer even in lockdown and stock shortage great communication.I highly recommend them for all kind of 3D printing requests. Bought a Prusa i3 Mk3S+ kit - Kiwi3D went out of their way to get it to me quickly and offered some good advice on what I should get. Great 3D printer! The Kiwi3d brand filament works well too.
