If I could give it a 0 I would. Ordered a bowl and she said I couldn’t have one because they ran out of bowls. I said fair enough and ordered the bowl in a smoothie. She then said she couldn’t do that and to choose something else. I picked 3 different smoothies and said she couldn’t do them ‘full.’ Came back and said she was out of frozen bananas and other ingredients. Asked for a refund and she gave the wrong change. 10/10 worst service

I go there on a regular, Recently asked the worker what time they close and they Said 6.30pm which confirms the time displayed on the net but I arrived yesterday at 6.10 and the same worker says sorry we are closed ? all that way to be bounced. Tardy worker and slow service also. Pathetic.

I had a great time while ordering to the small lady who’s wearing a black cap as she was such a bubbly and her customer service was great. The tank up was so yum and refreshing as well! I’ll surely come back and buy soon again.

Staffs looking quite slow and tired in the morning. Ordered pineapple paradise and it was very refreshing! Lemon Herb Chicken salad was also very fresh and tasty.

I wouldnt usually write a review for mediocre service but today is the day. The staff working there today (12th Jan afternoon) clearly did not want to be there. My partner asked for one of the chicken salads, the girl working said they had no chicken. No problem, my partner looked back at the board and asked for a beef salad instead. The girl replied no beef". It seemed a bit weird that she wouldn't let us know at once that she had no beef or chicken

The woman working there today should have stayed in bed. Rude, miserable, and obviously mute. I ordered a vietnamese wrap. She threw it together, hardly mixed the ingredients, I had to go back and ask for some more sauce as it was so dry. She muttered something and gave me a nother quarter of a teaspoon. Never again.

Delicious smoothies like all Tanks but the service is incredibly slow, every time I have ordered there is only 1 lady working. I dont even bother when I see more than 2 people in the queue, be a 20+ minute wait
