I would highly recommend Flex Fitness Hastings. The equipment is high quality amd well maintained. PT staff are friendly, approachable and push their clients to achieve results. Competitions are frequent and the general gym culture is admirable

Been training at this gym for 8 months and it's been a great experience. Lots of helpful people and staff! All the weights are in kg now, lots of new equipment to play with. A all round great environment to get a work out it.
