IT REPAIR - AUCKLAND

No contact or anything since I dropped my HP Laptop in last year to fix the ventilation?. I may have missed calls, but at-least send a text or email. However I have noticed they have been closed for quite a while. Still no warning or communication.

Advised by 2degrees at Botany to use these guys as phone was out of warranty. Good quick turn around service on both my iPad cracked screen and macbook was running slow. Fully recommended

These guys were terrible. I would not recommend. I still have no access to my cell phone. The lady from East Tamaki, told me to come pick it up last Saturday. I did, then she says no Wednesday. I came in yesterday and she says it is still not ready. I then ask if I can come tomorrow morning, as I pulled up to the store, it was closed. I then see an email from them asking for my pin code? Which I could not make sense of because if the phone is on, its on. I then ask if I can just come pick it up today and they still have not given me the address because apparently it is in Papatoetoe getting fixed. Very bad service and bad communication. I would not recommend to anyone.

Not sure if they still have the shop as I dealt with Wayne via their contact number directly at an offsite location.Wayne had great communication, great competitive prices, and the job itself (screen replacement) took only 15min. Highly recommended!
