I would not trust these people as far as I could throw them. Managed my property while I was working overseas, when they were Initial Realty, then Re/Max initial realty, now Bright - same address, same people. Came home to a complete nightmare in everyway, while they collected their fees and I remained uninformed about what had been happening to my house. When the legislation is passed next year to hold property managers" to account

I am a landlord and have had my two properties managed by Bright Realty for many years. They are very professional and provide updates on the properties through regular inspections, as well as correspondence regarding tenant changes or required maintenance, etc. Always very quick to respond to any questions I've had over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.

RE/MAX Initial Realty have been wonderful with my rental properties. They are professional, and efficient. They treat all homes as if they were their own. RE/MAX are through in their inspections, and always follow up payments with statements which are easy to follow.I have recommended to a friend who now uses RE/MAX for her rental property also.A great team, keep it up :)

I feel like my rental is in good hands with these agents. Rent has always been on time and there has been no damage to the property. They notify me about any maintenance requirements or healthy home issues.

Wouldn't reply to my Enquiry by yes or no, even out of decency. Not using them for leasing out our property and not recommending them to anyone we know. No wonder they have lots of negative reviews.

I am a landlord, they are a pretty good agent , and easy to deal with , and no drama, they do look after the place and also the tenants on the fair base. And they will not charge extra for their extra work , unlike other agents with charging everything . :)
