Wow, could not have asked for a better ring! Brought remotely and the service Matt provided was so far above and beyond. The first ring size I gave Matt wasn’t quite right. I let Matt know and he sent another two rings with a return package and made it all so easy for me. I didn’t even need to leave the home. I’ve recommended to everybody who’s looking for a ring! We looked around at other shops and just couldn’t find anything that we were truly happy with, every shop had variations of exactly the same thing.Fast forward to when we went to Storm Baker and the selection was ENORMOUS. From smaller elegant pieces, right through to statement showstoppers.Not only was the selection of what they had huge, but they custom made rings for my hubby to be and myself. I had different options for my ring to make it work within our budget (with moissanite or lab diamonds) and for it to fit perfectly with my heirloom engagement ring.Tracey and Matt are so welcoming and know absolutely everything when it comes to jewellery. We never felt pressured into purchasing like we did at other shops.We will 100% be back and will always highly recommend Storm Baker to anyone on the hunt for their perfect piece of jewellery.Thanks so much guys ❤️

What can I say other than perfect! I had a few different ideas I wanted incorporated into my wedding band, and Matt made it happen. From taking the design from one ring, modifying it, adding it to another ring, and sending 3 sizes of the design so I would have the perfect fit on the day, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the consultation and communication throughout the process was spot on.

We ordered the beautiful kratos ring for our wedding 2 weeks out. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, Matt went above and beyond for us personally driving to the airport depot to get the right size to us in time for the wedding! Absolutely blown away. My partner and I were looking for rings online for the first time, and were quite hesitant. We didn't know which ones were legit and of good quality. All we knew was that we wanted something unique yet affordable and made in NZ where we met, when we came across the beautiful Wolfram collection.Lots of research and review reading later, we knew they were the real deal. We each chose our own rings, but weren't sure about sizing, comfort, material etc. We also wanted some customization done but didn't know which direction to take.In came Matt who listened to what we wanted, provided expert advice so we can figure out the best options and was so patient in addressing all our questions.I wanted a thinner band while my partner wanted to change the metal color of his to black. And because we were also NZ based, along with his advice, Matt was able to send us actual sample rings (apart from the sizing tool) to figure out our sizes and to have an actual feel for the different materials (titanium vs tungsten vs black ceramic) and see the band thickness (4mm vs 6mm vs 8mm).Receiving that package was an absolute relief as plenty of our questions got answered. It's so different seeing samples in person and actually getting to try them on. Obviously, my partner and I aren't big fans of ordering important things like this online LOL!When our rings arrived a few months after (btw, we were asked when we needed the rings and we didn't have any kind of deadline), we were overjoyed with my partner's customized ring which came out beautifully! Unfortunately, mine had to be returned to fix a small issue but the team handled the situation really well.Two weeks later, I got mine and am so happy with the result! My original idea of a partner ring would be one of those really dainty and thin bands with a few stones in it. But I'm so glad I went with a Woflram collection ring instead which is unique, so meaningful and surprisingly comfortable.Thanks so much to Matt and the team for the beautifully designed and crafted rings, and for the superb service!For reference, I went for the Aroha ring with crushed blue opal and red deer antler, while my partner went for the Tangaroa ring in black ceramic instead of tungsten. I included a photo of my Aroha ring for other ladies out there who aren't sure about getting an unconventional 8mm band.

Storm Baker Jewellers are amazing. They create beautiful pieces at affordable prices. My bridal set is gorgeous and we designed it together to get exactly what I wanted. They know their craft and Tracy was able to give me a lot of information so I chose materials that would last, she's really passionate and loves her trade. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!
